Berih Workforce Solutions is a Canadian staffing agency providing recruitment and workforce services across trades, healthcare, and logistics. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Berih Workforce Solutions; "you" refers to any visitor, employer, or job seeker using our services.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site
• Scrape, harvest, or reuse content without written permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

When you submit a job order through the Connect Hub, you confirm that you are authorized to hire on behalf of the named company and that the role complies with applicable federal and provincial employment standards. Placement fees, terms, and guarantees are set out in a separate service agreement.

When you apply through our site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to work in Canada for the role applied. We may share your resume and application details with prospective employers to match you with opportunities.

We work hard to match qualified candidates with suitable roles, but we do not guarantee employment, a specific number of hours, wages, or continued engagement with any client. Employment offers are made by the hiring employer, not by us.

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Berih Workforce Solutions or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Our site uses third-party infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, analytics) to operate. Their handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
