Workforce Solution · Temporary & Contract Staffing

Temporary & Contract Staffing

Short-term and project-length workers for shifts, absences, seasonal peaks, and defined scopes, with employment administration arranged on agreed terms.

How this works.

Temporary and contract staffing covers defined assignments — sick leave and vacation coverage, seasonal volume, a sudden gap in a crew, or a project with a known duration such as a build, shutdown, or rollout. Where applicable, Berih can facilitate the engagement through an independent Employer of Record provider supporting employment administration, payroll, and related workforce requirements. The employing entity, responsibilities, rates, and term are confirmed in writing before mobilization.

01

Terms first

You confirm the role, shift pattern or scope, term, site requirements, rate structure, and start date.

02

Shortlist

We source and review potential matches against the agreed requirements. Any shortlist timing is estimated after intake and is not guaranteed.

03

Mobilize

Onboarding, credentials, coverage, and site access are confirmed before the first shift.

04

Manage

Hours approved by you are invoiced at the agreed bill rate; extensions and end-of-assignment notice follow the agreed terms.

Best suited to

  • Absence, vacation, and short-notice shift coverage
  • Seasonal or peak-period volume
  • Projects, shutdowns, and turnarounds with a defined term
  • Specialist skills needed for part of a programme
  • Headcount that must stay off permanent payroll

Who employs the worker

The employing or payroll entity is identified in the signed service agreement. Where applicable, an independent Employer of Record provider supports employment administration, payroll, and related workforce requirements; responsibilities, coverage, and rate terms are confirmed before work starts.
