The applicable agreement will establish responsibilities for employment administration, payroll, statutory deductions, benefits administration, workers' compensation matters and other applicable obligations.
Every arrangement is available across all six Berih industries — the industry determines how we screen and verify the worker; the arrangement determines who employs them and on what terms.

The specific responsibilities of Berih, the EOR provider, the client and the worker will be established in the applicable staffing and assignment documentation.
